HERSCHELL MACHINE CUTTING FLUID FOR STAINLESS STEEL 400ML

An aerosol containing highly chlorinated cutting oil suitable for machining stainless steel components. This enables machine tool operators to economically complete once-off operations without having to fill a whole machine sump with soluble or neat cutting oil for a special operation. Stainless steel tapping & reaming spray assists the cutting operation by forming a chemical reaction at the tool tip producing a separating compound with high shear strength, thereby decreasing the friction at the cutting edge. It disperses the heat, chills the tool tip, preventing softening of the tool and reduction of its cutting power by loss of temper. Correct lubrication of the tool and workpiece gives finer surface finish and prolonged tool life.
